Are you passionate about corporate finance and ready to lead meaningful M&A transactions? We’re looking for an experienced M&A Consultant to join our boutique advisory firm in Brussels.

At Vista Capital Advisors, we help Belgian entrepreneurs and shareholders navigate complex M&A and financing decisions. You’ll be part of a small, experienced team advising on strategic deals that matter.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Be a sparring partner to entrepreneurs and business owners
• Assist with pitching for new mandates, perform valuations and financial analyses, and steer M&A processes
• Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, banks — and your teammates — to get deals done
• Contribute to how we grow, work, and build lasting client relationships

✅ What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in M&A or corporate finance advisory
• Proven experience in M&A processes
• Strong valuation and financial modelling skills
• Client-facing confidence and sharp commercial instincts
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French
• A hands-on, thoughtful team player who brings energy and initiative
