Isabelle Decroos is a financial expert with over 20 years of international experience across various sectors, including ten years in the life sciences and biopharma industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. As a Director at Eurofins, she was actively involved in executing the group’s buy-and-build strategy, and as CFO at FEops, she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and successful sale. Prior to FEops, Isabelle contributed to Argenx’s successful Nasdaq IPO.

Isabelle is trilingual in Dutch, English, and French, and is passionate about supporting innovative, technology-driven companies.
